Well, as all of you may know...Nathan and I have moved! Our new house is about two and a half miles south of our old place. We are now nestled on 1.2 acres in south Sammamish! This means we finally have a yard big enough for a dog!We placed the offer on the house on December 5th (my birthday!), and moved into the place on December 15th! Talk about a quick closing!
Our house is now on a small and quiet street nestled amongst the pine trees. The property right next to us is a protected five acre parcel which is beautiful to look at. And we have a wonderful neighbor to the north of us who has been brining us delicious desserts almost weekly! I guess I need to start baking to return the favor!
We had quite the experience moving in, and we are so glad to put that behind us. Long story short, we had multiple cancellations with the movers and cable hook-ups due to the huge amount of snow we got. So we are so glad to be all settled now!
